My approach focuses on small behavioural and cognitive changes, blending theory and practice from the fields of psychology, behavioural science and positive psychology. My style is energetic, challenging and gentle.
You and I will work closely together to explore what you want, identify what is getting in your way and develop a realistic plan of action which pinpoints the change(s) required to move you closer to your goals. You’ll apply those changes and we’ll assess what works.
Individual Coaching Packages
6 Session Package
- Total of 6.5hrs
- 2 to 3 months
Ideal for people looking to work on a specific goal over the short-term.
10 Session Package
- Total of 10.5hrs
- 5 to 10 months
For individuals wanting to work on multiple goals which require significant changes and time to embed.
