What is coaching all about?

Making sense of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours isn´t as easy as we think. Sometimes we need space and support to help us to work out what really is important, where to direct our attention and how to implement the changes necessary to achieve our desired results. The coaching process provides that valuable space and support.

Coaching is based in the field of positive psychology; it applies the insights from psychology to help optimise a person´s potential and well-being. It taps into your strengths, resources and experiences to help you gain clarity and to identify and make the changes needed to reach your goals.

People seek out coaching for a variety of reasons. Do any of these apply to you? Feeling stuck, wanting clarity, changing career, lacking self-confidence, facing difficult challenges, transitioning to a new position etc.
