Why work with me?
I recognise the challenges that those working in nonprofits face —heavy workloads, high pressure, burnout, talent retention and increased uncertainty, to name a few. I also understand the toll that these can have on people’s well-being. The evidence shows that when well-being goes down the costs (financial, physical and emotional) to the individual and the organisation go up.
Prioritising well-being in the workplace and beyond, and creating the environment for it to flourish is crucial but far from easy. There isn’t a one size fits all approach. The needs and solutions at an organisational level are distinct from those within teams, and very different from what each individual requires. My job is to work with you to help you identify what is important, explore what is getting in the way, create workable solutions and implement changes successfully at an individual, team or organisational level.
