Coaching for Organisations
If you are new to coaching, read this to learn more about coaching and see if it’s what you’re looking for.
Managers and leaders can choose to one-to-one coaching programmes for individuals in their teams or group coaching sessions.
The agenda of the one-to-one sessions are confidential and established by the coachee and coach.
As a manager you may want coaching for member(s) of your team to target specific outcomes such as performance or communication, in which case I would recommend group coaching and/or the workshop programme.
One-to-one Coaching Packages
6 Session Package
- Total of 6.5hrs
- 2 to 3 months
Ideal for people looking to work on a specific goal over the short-term.
10 Session Package
- Total of 10.5hrs
- 5 to 10 months
For individual’s wanting to work on multiple goals which require significant changes and time to embed.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is for four sessions (4.5hours) – for people working towards a shared objective(s), which can be either strategic or performance related.
- Max group size is six people
- All sessions are delivered online
